1. General Provisions
By accessing the website www.triwine.it and placing an order, the user accepts these terms and conditions and the data protection policy.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to purchases made on the site, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Before purchasing, the user must read and accept these terms and conditions, which Trivela SRLS may modify without notice.

2. Object
These terms and conditions govern orders and purchases made on the site. They do not apply to third-party services or products listed on the site via links or banners; for these, the terms and conditions of the respective seller apply.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase is made by completing and submitting the online form, which specifies the price, payment and delivery methods, shipping costs, right of withdrawal, and return deadlines.
The contract is considered concluded when the seller receives the form and verifies the information.
Payment is due at the end of the process by clicking "Place Order."

4. Registered Users
Registerers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registration will be confirmed by email within 5 days.
Triwine may suspend or refuse service in the event of false information or payment disputes.
Username and password are personal and must be kept safe.

 

5. Product Availability
Availability is indicative, as multiple users can purchase simultaneously.
If the product is unavailable after confirmation, it will be removed from the order and the user will be notified. Upon request, the order may be cancelled with a refund within 30 days.

6. Products Offered
The site sells alcoholic beverages and food products, which are visible in the online catalog.

7. Prices and Payments
Prices shown include VAT and shipping costs, except for obvious errors. In the event of an error, the customer can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or Postepay.

8. Delivery
Shipments to Italy (including San Marino and the Vatican), EU and non-EU countries.
Delivery to your home or collection point.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be stored and the user will be notified to arrange a new delivery. After 30 days without delivery for reasons not attributable to the seller, the contract is considered terminated with a refund, excluding extra costs.

9. Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery; ownership upon receipt of full payment.

10. Warranty
The seller is liable for defects in conformity according to Italian law.
For consumers, the warranty lasts 24 months; defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

11. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw without penalty within 14 days of delivery (30 days for multiple purchases).
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by registered mail or email.
The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
The right to withdraw does not apply to goods excluded by law.
